Elias is a graduate of Saint Joseph University of Beirut, holds degrees in nursing from Lebanon and from France, an MBA from the UK and certified board in infection control from the US.
Coordinated and facilitated loads of IC educational activities and have been heavily involved in major infection control activities, projects and programs for the past 12 years, including commissioning of new facilities, developing surveillance programs and evaluating IC programs.
He serves as a board member of the experts’ panel for the Hand hygiene Excellence Award for MENA region and recently launched the Arab Countries Infection Control Network (AcicN).
